WHITTIER – Police officers used a taser to subdue a man during a traffic stop early Sunday morning. After the car was stopped near the intersection of Beverley Boulevard and Palm Avenue at 1:32 a.m., a fight broke out, according to Lt. Steve Dean of the Whittier Police Department. The man was looked at by paramedics but not hospitalized, according to Dean.
