Facilitate and supportthe training of the next generation of scientists and physicianswho will further advance Pediatrics, and regional Pediatrics andacute pain practice and science. Champion improvements in educationof medical students and residents in the Department ofPediatrics.2. ResearchDefine and lead the Department’s research strategy by expandingclinical, translational and basic research.
